Eligibility for Returns

  1. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  3. Exclusions: Due to hygiene purposes, undergarments and final sale items are not returnable or exchangeable unless they are defective.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Return Window: Customers must initiate a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Condition of the Product: The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  3. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as intimate apparel, custom-made corsets, and items marked as final sale, may not be eligible for return. These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.
  4. We take great care in ensuring that our customers receive the exact size they order. Please note that returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the corset delivered matches the size you selected at the time of purchase. However, if you receive a corset with a size label different from what you ordered, you may request a return or exchange. In such cases, please contact our customer support team within 2 business days of receiving your order, providing clear photos of the incorrect size label and the corset in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.
  5. To ensure the best fit, we strongly recommend ordering a corset that is 4 inches smaller than your natural waist size. Selecting the correct size is the responsibility of the customer, and returns will not be accepted for sizing issues if the correct order was fulfilled.

Return Procedure

  1. How to Return: If you want to return an item, please call our Customer Service department at info@waisttraine.com. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: After your return has been approved, you will be given step-by-step instructions on how to return the item to us.
  3. Shipping Costs: For defective or wrong orders, WaistTraine.com will pay for return shipping. Otherwise, the shipping costs are to be borne by the customer for returns.

Refund and Replacement

  • Refund: Refund will be processed to the original payment method 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: In case you would like to exchange an item, please mention the size, color, or product you wish to exchange it with in your return request. Exchange is on availability of products.

Damaged or Defective Items

In case you get a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will need images of the damage for faster resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  1. Items that are labeled as final sale.
  2. Gift cards.
  3. Worn, washed, or altered items.

  • WaistTraine.com has the right to refuse returns if they are not in accordance with our return policy.
